Vacancy: International Sales Executive (M/F/D)
Location: Ternat, Belgium (with flexible working options)

Your role: commercial responsibility over international markets
As International Sales Executive (M/F/D), you are the point of contact for our customers and partners outside Belgium. You are responsible for achieving turnover growth, managing key accounts and opening new markets. You switch smoothly between strategic goals and practical implementation, and you know how to build long-term customer relationships.
You report directly to the Director Product and Business Development and work closely with marketing, and the technical team.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and build on existing international customer relationships and distribution partners.
- Actively prospect and identify new commercial opportunities in different regions.
- Drafting and implementing sales strategies per market or customer segment.
- Negotiate offers, price agreements and annual contracts.
- Conducting market and competition analysis to identify trends and strengthen our position.
- Participate in (inter)national trade fairs, customer visits and networking activities.
- Function as a link between customer needs and internal teams (production, R&D, logistics).
- Report on sales results, forecasts and KPIs to management.
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years' experience in international B2B sales, ideally in a technical or construction-related sector. New starters are also welcome
- You have strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; other languages (such as French or German) are a plus.
- You work independently, think strategically and are result-oriented.
- You feel at home in an environment where initiative and ownership are appreciated.
