Features

With bigger pipe dimensions, welding can sometimes be more economical than hard soldering since heat is applied specifically to the area of the weld seam for a reliable connection. With hard soldering, the whole fitting has to be heated instead. This can be a lengthy and time-consuming process as heat is rapidly dissipated and consequently more gas will be consumed. Additionally, capillary solder fittings are not available for dimensions exceeding 108 mm outside diameter.

SANHA® offers the following range of fittings for welding made of copper:

Copper weld elbows, catalogue number 3k, dimensions: 35 x 1.5 mm up to 267 x 3 mm
Torispherical heads for pre-welding according, catalogue number KB, dimensions: 35 x 1.5 mm up to 267 x 3 mm
Angle flanged wheels for pre-welding, catalogue number WBS V, dimensions: 15 x 1.5 mm up to 267 x 3 mm
