Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, close to Parc Monceau, one of the city’s largest five-star hotels is currently under construction: Le Collectionneur. For the demanding building services installation, the project consistently relies on press systems from SANHA®.

SANHA®‑Press, PURAPRESS® and NiroTherm® fittings are being used and installed within an exceptionally tight timeframe: the entire construction period is limited to just two months.

Extremely short construction time under high pressure

Around 300 skilled workers are operating in shifts 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the ambitious schedule. No extension of the deadline is possible, as the hotel is already accepting online reservations.

Project completion is firmly scheduled for 30 March 2026.

Proven press systems for drinking water as well as heating and cooling systems

The SANHA®‑Press and PURAPRESS® product ranges were selected for the cold and domestic hot water installations. Both systems stand for safe, fast installation and reliable connections – a decisive advantage for projects with extremely tight deadlines.

The hotel’s heating and cooling systems are being realised using the NiroTherm® stainless steel press system, which has proven particularly effective for demanding thermal applications in large buildings.
