Essen, September 2026 – At Chillventa 2026, we will be presenting piping systems for modern refrigeration, cooling and heat pump applications in Hall 6, Stand 6-406. Under the motto ‘Specialist for HVACR Piping Systems’, the piping specialist will showcase solutions for use in supermarkets, cold stores, data centres, industrial facilities, and commercial and residential buildings, which stand out from the market thanks to clear advantages that are often unique within the industry. The focus is on the ACR Copper Press system solutions for refrigeration and air-conditioning applications, the RefHP® high-pressure brazed fittings for CO₂ refrigeration systems, the NiroTherm® stainless steel press system for refrigeration and chilled water systems, and the brazing and transition fittings from the 4000 and 5000 series.

Efficient installation with ACR Copper Press

With ACR Copper Press, we offer a press system specially developed for HVACR applications such as VRF/VRV or heat pumps, designed for operating pressures of up to 48 bar. The system combines a high level of safety with rapid installation and is suitable for numerous applications in commercial, industrial and residential construction.

Special design features such as double sealing elements, the barrier zone between the beads, the double pressing of the pipe and fitting, and the 200 per cent higher sealing of the pipe surface increase safety, prevent refrigerant leaks and ensure permanently reliable connections. Furthermore, the fittings are clearly marked to reliably prevent mix-ups. They are suitable for numerous future-proof refrigerants such as R-290, R-1234yf, R-1234ze, R-455A and more (a current overview can be found at www.sanha.com ).

RefHP® for transcritical CO₂ systems

Given the growing importance of natural refrigerants, the RefHP® high-pressure brazed fitting system is also a key focus of the exhibition stand. The CuFe2P fittings have been specially developed for higher operating pressures and are suitable for applications up to 130 bar.

With dimensions up to 2 5/8" and compatibility with all standard CuFe pipe systems on the market, such as CL12, K65, XHP or Talos XS, RefHP® not only offers unique selling points but also a high degree of flexibility in planning and system design. Typical areas of application include transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems in supermarkets, cold stores, data centres and industrial applications.

NiroTherm® for modern cooling infrastructure

With NiroTherm®, we at SANHA® also present a tried-and-tested solution for cooling and chilled water systems that use water or water-glycol mixtures. The stainless steel press-fit system is available in sizes up to 168.3 mm and is therefore also suitable for larger construction projects and volumes.

New additions to the range include NiroTherm®-F pipes made from nickel-free stainless steel and NiroTherm®+ pipes made from thick-walled 1.4301 stainless steel. This provides planners, building owners and operators with additional options for adapting to project-specific requirements.

Wide range of brazed and transition fittings

With the 4000 and 5000 series, we also offer an extensive range of copper brazing and transition fittings (up to 40 bar). The fittings for hard and soft brazing are suitable for applications including VRV/VRF circuits, water and water-glycol pipes, and much more. Here, the Essen-based specialist – as with the other series – has had considerable experience worldwide for decades.
