BTE Biegetechnik: New addition to the SANHA® Group
As already announced, SANHA® has expanded its capabilities at the beginning of the year with the acquisition of BTE Biegetechnik Engineering GmbH – now part of the SANHA® Group.
The company, based in Ilshofen (Germany), specialises in tube processing and forming and brings valuable expertise to our industrial and OEM business.
BTE has been a trusted partner for demanding industries for many years, including medical technology, ventilation, agriculture and commercial vehicle manufacturing.
With around 125 employees and modern production facilities, the site further strengthens our technological base in mechanical tube processing.
The integration opens up new opportunities along the entire value chain – from development and toolmaking to series production for OEM customers.
It is another important step in expanding our position as a reliable development partner for complex piping solutions.
We have also received some impressions from the site in Ilshofen, giving a first glimpse of our new location and the people behind it.
