OEM Solutions – custom components for your system
In many industrial applications, safe, reliable and precisely fitting piping components are essential – for example in energy supply, plant engineering, automotive manufacturing or mechanical engineering. Standard catalogue products often reach their limits here.
SANHA® develops and manufactures OEM solutions strictly according to your drawings and technical specifications up to 168.3 mm (DN 150). Operating conditions such as pressure, temperature and installation constraints are considered from the earliest development stage.
A systematic OEM approach
At SANHA®, OEM components are not treated as isolated individual parts. They are developed as part of a technically coordinated overall concept. Manufacturing takes place in ISO certified production facilities in Europe (Germany, Belgium, Poland), ensuring high quality standards, short coordination paths and reliable series production.

Materials matched to the application
OEM components can be manufactured from a wide range of materials, including:
• Stainless steel
• Carbon steel
• Copper and copper alloys (brass CW 617N, bronze CC 499K, lead free alloys such as CW724R)
Material selection is always application specific and in line with relevant standards.
Adapter solutions for valves and existing systems
SANHA® designs custom adapter components for valves and existing piping systems, either fully bespoke or compatible with established solutions, such as brazing, solder and press adapter components for your valves:
• Copper-iron (CuFe2P) for CO2 high pressure installations
• Copper (Cu-DHP) brazing fittings
• Stainless steel adapters
• Customer made press fitting adapters to your valve connection design
Safe and long-lasting high-pressure pipes
SANHA® produces stainless steel pipes in numerous dimensions, wall thicknesses, lengths and specifications for industrial applications at its Berlin plant. Not least thanks to over 60 years of experience - especially in pipe production for the chemical industry and tank construction - ensure that our stainless steel pipes meet even the highest demands.
In the field of fittings, we can not only offer the most suitable material in each case, but also make use of all common manufacturing techniques from machining to drop forging, hydroforming, cold forming or assembly. Collaring or flanging of the moulded parts is of course also possible here.

Our stainless steel pipes comply with the standards EN 1021-7, ADW-W2, EN 10095, EN 10296-2 and EN 10312 as well as ASTM A249 / A269 /.
