Safe Connections for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
High operational reliability, fast installation and long-term durability: these are key requirements for refrigeration professionals today. With its coordinated piping systems, SANHA® offers solutions for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump applications, as well as modern CO₂ systems and glycol circuits.
For refrigerant circuits, VRF/VRV systems and heat pumps, SANHA® has developed the ACR Copper Press system. Compared to traditional soldered or flared connections, it enables faster and more cost-effective installation. Features such as a double sealing ring, the additional T.R.A.P.™ Zone as a barrier against refrigerant molecules, and clear identification markings provide a high level of protection against leaks. The system is suitable for operating pressures of up to 48 bar, meeting the requirements of modern HVACR installations.
For applications involving particularly high pressures, such as transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems, SANHA® offers RefHP® high-pressure fittings. These specially engineered copper-iron fittings are designed for operating pressures of up to 130 bar and can be combined with all standard CuFe pipes. With UL certification and a proven track record in projects such as data centres, supermarkets and cold-storage facilities, they provide a future-proof solution for demanding refrigeration applications.
For secondary circuits using water or glycol, SANHA® also relies on highly durable materials. The NiroTherm® stainless steel system delivers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in environments with high humidity or condensation. In addition, the proven combipress® technology simplifies installation: depending on the dimension, fittings can be pressed using different industry-standard press profiles, allowing existing tools to be used in many cases.
With its comprehensive portfolio for conventional refrigerants, CO₂ applications, heat pumps and glycol circuits, SANHA® helps planners and refrigeration specialists simplify installation processes, reduce investment costs and sustainably enhance the operational reliability of their systems.
