A recent reference project from the Czech Republic clearly demonstrates how flexible and reliable SANHA® press systems can be used in complex building services applications. The town of Příbor is located in Moravia in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. In a nursing home, a modern heating and cooling system based on a heat pump was installed, with high requirements for efficiency, durability and operational reliability. In addition, the entire fire protection system was executed in stainless steel.

For the installation of the heating and cooling systems, the project partners chose SANHA® press copper systems. Thanks to their high load capacity, fast installation and secure press connection technology, these systems are also ideally suited for energy-efficient building services and heat generation applications, such as heat pump systems. In particular, the combipress® function proved convincing: press fittings can be installed using the original SA, V and M profiles. Additional features such as “unpressed leaking” and Push & Stay significantly simplify on-site installation and ensure that unpressed connections are immediately detected during pressure testing.

In combination with the high-performance heat pump, the system provides residents with a high level of comfort, thermal comfort and operational safety throughout the year – an essential factor, especially for elderly people who depend on stable and pleasant indoor temperatures.

Fire protection systems are safety-critical installations. All installed components must therefore meet the highest quality standards. The NiroSan® piping system fully meets these requirements: in addition to the high-quality material 1.4404, it is VdS-certified and therefore ideally suited for wet fire extinguishing systems in accordance with DIN 14462. Continuous quality-controlled manufacturing at our German production facilities (including pipe production in Berlin) ensures consistently tight manufacturing tolerances.

All installed systems enable fast, clean and economical installation – a key advantage for projects where reliability, functional safety and long-term operating costs are decisive factors.
