As one of the most important events in the industry in Latin America, Expofrío is an excellent opportunity to showcase our HVACR solutions, such as

System solutions – practical and safe

The RefHP® series of solder fittings is available for transcritical high-pressure systems (e.g. with CO₂ in supermarkets, data centres, food warehouses, etc.). The fittings are made of high-pressure-resistant CuFe2P and are designed for up to 130 bar. RefHP® fittings can be connected to all CuFe pipes available on the market, such as Mueller, Halcor, KME or Wieland. They therefore meet all requirements for safety, tightness, time savings (e.g. compared to steel welding) and long-term durability, even under extreme conditions.

SANHA® offers ACR Copper Press series press fittings made of Cu-DHP especially for refrigeration applications with operating pressures of up to 48 bar. The double seal protection with an intermediate catch zone is unique in the industry. The two sealing elements on each side of the fittings with their defined barrier zone offer maximum protection against refrigerant leakage – even with very small molecules such as R32 or propane. The system is suitable for many modern VRF/VRF devices, heat pumps and split systems, among other things.

ACR Copper Press is available in sizes from 1/4‘ to 1 3/8’ outer diameter. The fittings connect hard-drawn copper pipes from 1/4‘ to 1 3/8’ and soft (annealed) copper pipes up to 7/8". ACR press jaws and loops as well as press machines with 19/32 kN (e.g. from Novopress) are required for pressing. Approved refrigerants include R290, R410A, R32 and R454B (a complete overview can be found in the manufacturer's documentation or on the SANHA® website).

Stainless steel since 2009: The Original

High operating pressures do not always occur during cooling. For pressure ranges up to 16 bar (and higher depending on the dimensions), the Essen-based company offers NiroTherm® (EPDM sealing ring) and NiroTherm® Industry (FKM sealing ring), a highly corrosion-resistant press system made of stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4520. This solution is ideal for closed heating, cooling and heat pump circuits with water-glycol mixtures. Particularly practical: thanks to combipress®, processing can be carried out with all original contours (SA, V and M) up to and including 54 mm. In addition to this tool compatibility, the fittings are unpressed, leak-proof and feature Push & Stay.
