With its wall panel heating modules, Sanha has introduced a completely new system for room heating and cooling distinguished by extraordinary home comfort, very easy installation, considerably improved energy efficiency and especially healthy properties. The Sanha wall panel heating modules are an innovative product for the improved use of ecological wall panel heating. The system is ideal for both new buildings and for the renovation of existing buildings.
The compact and self-contained structure of the wall panel heating modules makes the installation almost as easy as fitting dry lining panels. Additional work such as the cumbersome filling of pipe ducts can be dispensed with completely as the wall heating modules are supplied in a ready-to-use condition with surfaces that can be directly painted or papered. It is also possible, of course, to apply tiles to the wall heating modules.
The special know-how of the Sanha wall panel heating modules is hidden inside: the heating coils made of multi-layered composite pipe are embedded in the factory in a highly conductive patented mortar. This ensures the very short response time which makes their use so convenient while also allowing energy-saving, requirements-oriented operation.
Due to the radiated heat, the actual room temperature can be comfortably kept at around 3-4 °C lower than usual. This alone can save 15 – 20 % of heating costs. At the same time, a dry, heated wall provides considerably better insulation which can also save on costly insulation measures subject to the energy-saving legislation. In addition to this, a low-temperature heating system scores better in the energy certificate than conventional radiators.
The dimensions of the modules (62.5 cm wide; 2.5 cm deep; 75 cm, 125 cm, 200 cm and 250 cm long) are such that they can fit in any typical, dry-lining studding but can also be mounted directly on a load-bearing wall. The modules can be installed horizontally or vertically and are also suitable for sloped walls in the roof. For each type of installation Sanha offers the corresponding fastening sets suitable for the different type of wall (masonry, wooden wall, dry-lining studs) to make installation more efficient and secure.
The high degree of flexibility is combined with technical simplicity: The wall panel heating modules from Sanha can be placed similar to normal radiators. They achieve a maximum heating output of 200 W/m2. As the wall panel heating modules are operated at low temperature (max. Tv 60 °C), they are ideal for heating pump and solar systems. They can be linked to existing heating systems with the corresponding control valves. Several modules, even in different sizes, can be easily installed in series and connected with the aid of fittings from the Sanha Press Heat Program or the systems 3fit-Press or 3fit-Push. The Sanha application consultants will be happy to advise qualified installers on layout and planning.
Sanha wall heating modules can be retrofitted in individual rooms, for example for bathroom modernisation or alterations of the room layout with partition walls, or planned and installed in whole buildings. The Sanha wall panel heating modules can be combined with conventional radiators or with underfloor heating systems. This is particularly interesting for the upgrading of existing buildings to modern low-temperature surface heaters as the floor does not have to be pulled up to install the wall heating modules.
Planners, installers and users will find in the Sanha wall panel heating modules a versatile, simple and future-oriented solution for heating in private and commercial properties. Restoration, modernisation and new construction projects can be securely and reliably planned and executed with the Sanha wall heating modules thanks to their special construction.
In 2011, Sanha wall panel heating modules achieved prestigious recognition with the esteemed Plus X Award for innovation, high quality and functionality in the Residential and Building Technology category.
