SANHA high-pressure fittings now available up to 2 1/8"

SANHA has expanded its 29000 series RefHP (High Pressure solder fittings) to dimension 2 1/8 ". This allows the German piping specialist to cover almost all requirements for safe high-pressure cooling lines in the transcritical range.

In environmental and cooling technology, especially in commercial or industrial refrigeration systems, environmentally friendly solutions are becoming more and more important. Good results in particular promise an increase in efficiency as well as the use of ecologically safe refrigerants such as CO2 (R744), which are mainly used in the transcritical range with higher operating pressures. However, the use of CO2 leads to higher operating pressures of up to 130 bar - with these pressures there is a correspondingly high risk for humans and the environment.

SANHA RefHP high-pressure fittings have been designed based on over 50 years of experience in the field of solder fittings, especially for such operating pressures. They are ideal for pipelines in cooling systems with a maximum operating pressure of up to 130 bar. Compared to stainless steel, the copper-iron fittings are characterized above all by their lighter weight, which optimizes installation costs and material use and makes handling considerably easier. The connection by processing-friendly soldering technology is much simpler than conventional TIG welding.

The "SANHA Ref HP" fittings (Series 29000) include high-pressure solder fittings for copper iron pipes for use in pipelines of refrigeration systems. The fittings are made of the material copper-iron (CuFe2P, CW107C) and fulfill all requirements of the VdTÜV material sheet 567 and the AD 2000-Merkblatt W 6/2.
