Part of the master plan: Lillie Square

When the Earls Court exhibition Centre closed down, a massive redevelopment opportunity was presented to this central district of London, at the hub of the boroughs of Chelsea, Fulham and Kensington. A master plan was created by Terry Farrell and Partners back in 2013, to turn this significant 87 acre site into a new urban centre, comprising 8500 new dwellings, a vibrant high street and 7.5 acres of amenity spaces.

Phase One of this development, Lillie Square, has currently been completed. The contemporary architecture is heavily influenced by West London's architectural heritage. The complex is reminiscent of the old mansion blocks and town houses of London but now built to much more exacting modern standards and with the finest materials.

This first phase consists of One Lillie Square, Columbia Gardens North and South, and Bolander Grove North and South. Phase Two consists of Lillie Square East (including Three, Five, Seven and Nine Lillie Square) plus the landmark Eight Lillie Square.

As part of the extensive advanced building services, both our stainless steel piping systems NiroSan® and NiroTherm® help distribute hot and cold water throughout the building.
